Send globally. Print, deliver locally.
When a print centre gets a letter for another country, PostGraph shows which centre there can print and post it for less. The letter travels as data, so nothing crosses a border on paper.
The four steps, in detail.
- 01
Upload
A print centre uploads a letter that is going abroad and says where it is headed. The letter travels online, as data, through PostGraph. PostGraph itself never prints or posts anything.
- 02
Compare prices
Every centre lists what it charges for print, paper, envelopes, processing and delivery. PostGraph puts the centres in the destination country next to the cost of printing and posting the letter yourself, and marks the cheapest. You decide whether to hand the letter over.
- 03
Check the address
Before the letter is sent, PostGraph’s AI checks the recipient’s address against the destination country’s format and requirements: the layout, the postcode and place name, the country line and anything else the destination asks of an address. It only checks. It doesn’t change the letter or the address.
- 04
Print and deliver
The receiving centre prints the letter, puts it in an envelope and posts it locally, at local rates and with local delivery times. The recipient gets it like any other domestic letter. Receiving costs the centre nothing, so it earns what it charges for the job.
Who does what.
Your print centre
- Receives a letter for another country
- Compares prices in the destination
- Sends the letter digitally
PostGraph
- Runs the open market
- Checks the address
- Passes the letter on as data
The receiving centre
- Prints the letter
- Puts it in an envelope
- Posts it locally
- Earns what it charges, at no extra cost
What PostGraph doesn’t do.
Print or post
PostGraph connects print centres. Printing and posting always happen at a centre.
Change your letters
The AI checks the address and reports. The letter and the address stay exactly as they were.
Set anyone’s prices
Each print centre sets its own prices. PostGraph only shows them side by side.
