Write to usAbout PostGraph
Does PostGraph accept letters or print them?
No. PostGraph doesn’t accept letters from anyone and doesn’t print or post anything. It connects print centres. A centre that receives a letter for another country can hand it to a centre there, and that centre prints and posts it locally.
What is the open market?
A shared price board for print centres. Each centre lists what it charges for print, paper, envelopes, processing, delivery and more, and every other centre can see those prices.
Who can join?
Any print centre can join and set its own prices.
Who sets the prices?
Each print centre sets its own prices. PostGraph only shows them side by side.
Saving money
How does a print centre save money?
When a letter is going to another country, compare what centres there charge with the cost of printing and posting it yourself. If handing it over is cheaper, send it digitally. The other centre prints and posts it at local rates.
Why is it cheaper and faster?
The letter never crosses a border as paper. It travels as data, is printed in the destination country and enters the local postal network directly, at domestic rates and with domestic delivery times.
Are the figures on the site PostGraph’s own?
The comparison figures are published postal benchmarks (bpost, Deutsche Post), not PostGraph measurements.
Addresses and the AI
What does the AI actually do?
It checks that the recipient’s address meets the destination country’s format and requirements before the letter is sent. It doesn’t change the letter itself.
Does the AI correct addresses?
No. It checks and reports. It doesn’t rewrite the address or change the letter.
Fees and joining
How much does it cost?
Signing up and joining the platform are free. PostGraph only charges for letters sent through it: €0.20 per letter up to 5,000 letters a month, falling to €0.10 per letter between 50,000 and 100,000. Above 100,000 a month the pricing is custom. Receiving letters from other print centres costs you nothing.
Does it cost anything to receive letters from other centres?
No. Receiving letters that other print centres hand over to you costs you nothing. Joining lets you receive more letters and earn more from printing and posting them, with no additional costs.
Do I pay for letters that don’t go through PostGraph?
No. PostGraph only charges for letters sent through the system.
Can I connect my own software?
Yes. The API lets your print system publish prices, read the market, check addresses and hand letters over without any manual steps.
